The hot tub was down and the whole lobby was under renovation. I was really impressed the last time we stayed they but they this time was below average. Th staff had excellent etiquette last time and in serious need of some training including the GM.

The couch in the room was filthy. I phoned the front desk to ask for another room and they scrounged up different cushions for the one in my room.
