The front desk was great when checking in and there was a bottle of champagne in our room refrigerator.

Walls were paper thin. You could hear everything and everyone. We checked in and wanted to use the hot tub, got into the hot tub that was low on water and then a dead bird rolled out of the filter onto me. Went to the front desk and they didn’t seem shocked or apologetic.
