The pool is closed for the summer and it was the main reason we picked this location; this was not communicated until after we checked in! Check out is 11 and they wouldn’t allow us a 12 noon check out. Room service never came by our room. For the price I was expecting a little more. Really put a damper on our family vacation. 8 months ago
