My room was next to the office. I had missing items such as glasses coffee and wash clothes. I lived the room. Breakfast was included. It was a last minute see the fall colors! Reasonable & Solid

The lobby had 3 flights of stairs down and no elevator to the lower level. Carrying heavy suitcases was a nightmare. There was access to the lower floor from a second parking lot but that lot was restricted to 4 wheel drive vehicles due to a crazy steep driveway. Bathroom fixtures were old and mold on the grout. I give the hotel a one star rating.
