I felt the room was meh. the problem was it was on the first floor facing a building. at this location I suspect ~70-80% of the rooms have either a water or a city skyline view.

Room was not ready at check-in time. It caused me to miss a doctors appointment. Staff was extremely rude and not accommodating. All they offered was to waive the fee… and then they charged it anyway and refused to honor their commitment and refund it.
