Really great value + location for the price. No housekeeping, limited front desk service, no fridge, no ice, but unbeatable price for a sizable room with hardwood floors in the heart of downtown. Great use of space.

Really great option for a hotel in San Francisco. The location is unbeatable and central to everything. Lots of great coffee options, fast elevator, and SO quiet even in a downtown location

Staff was highly unprofessional, inconsiderate, and failed to have any sense of humor or humanistic qualities at all. Truly poor communication and less than satisfactory reasonability. Also, don’t get locked out cause it’s cold at night and they will only provide you 1 key for front door and there is no front desk available after 11pm.
