I always stay here when I come to Memphis, unfortunately the service was bad this time. I had fabric in my toast baked in and they just said sorry and didn’t address it any further or bring a new toast. Room service never came during our stay. Just a strange visit.

Awesome, dog friendly hotel. Staff was outgoing and friendly, valet was easy, coffee downstairs was tasty. No complaints. Thanks for a great stay.
