Room was not fully cleaned when checking in. An empty water bottle was on desk and the ironing board and iron was left out. Entry lights in room would also not shut off and required maintenance to fix. The rest of hotel was great.

Rooms at the Aria always nice, nice gym and went to the spa this time which was great. The check in process is ALWAYS a nightmare and their digital keys often break.

They put me in a room that was being flipped so I ended being charged fees from the mini fridge and I even made them aware. They did not appreciate me or business
