Room was small but sufficient. A/C was broken in the first room but was switched to another with working unit. Loved the location and proximity to most bars and restaurants.

Can’t beat the location right in downtown for the price. It’s definitely a motel so you can hear your neighbors above or to the side but it was quiet on the night I stayed.
