Front desk was extremely rude and acted like I didn’t already pay , took us 45 min to check in so annoying and I started crying since I paid over $100 for a room they said they didn’t have

This is one of my favorite places to stay when in Silicon Valley. Clean property, friendly staff, and the hotel is conveniently located near the highway.
