Front desk staff who completed my check-in was rude. The young lady was snappy, I handed her my id & card when she returned it, she placed it on the counter top, no type of eye contact . I paid for a king bed, the bed in my room is a little bigger than a full. Phone didn’t work in room. There also isn’t a pleasant view .
