we had a few issues at check in but the manager came thru and it's a nice hotel in a good location..nice restaurant and bar..smallish rooms so worth the upgrade.

We were put in the basement next to the staff door. They were slamming the door all hours of the night and talking in the hall. I opened door and said we are trying to sleep but they continued with the noise. When we woke up there was no power in the room. Also we never figured out how to use the tv, coffee maker or the phone. Horrible experience
