Check in & service were great as well. Your app isn’t allowing me to click on the options. Quietest NYC hotel I’ve stayed in a long time. Super nice & friendly staff.

The room felt shabby, dirty and neglected. Toilet seat cover was broken. Service at front desk was poor, we waited 20min for a dental kit. Staff at front desk was overwhelmed with simple tasks.
