Everything is all so very nice. Like the floor to ceiling windows facing Times Square. Front desk staff are friendly and supportive. Easy to have friends come visit or brief meetings. The only thing missing is a microwave. But we are right in the middle of time square. Who needs to cook instant frozen food with microwave at hotel?

Super helpful. We were going to concert and asked for early check-in. The staff were very accommodating and were able to check is in earlier. The staff were very friendly and super helpful with everything. Good location too. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks
