The quality of service was unexpected. It’s right in Civic Center (mid market and kinda rough) but everything was stellar. Loved the 2nd floor lounge and got so much work done I was prepared to do elsewhere.

Crackdown central. Scary to step out of the hotel lobby day or night. This is NOT the Yotel a few blocks east on Market, which is a better location
