Room was nice. View of river blocked by ugly pumps
Problems with using app. but with the help of Sondra and others problems were resolved.
Location on the river was what we wanted.

The check in process was difficult due to using the app. The reservation wasn’t in the computer and had to be manually entered and there were difficulties due to the price difference. The rooms are also older and there is not a single USB port in the room.
