Luis is the best employee that you have. He always goes above and beyond. He is the main reason I come to the Meridian Hotel. He needs a promotion and raise !!

We got the hotel .. front desk was closed. Found someone sitting who seemed to run cleaning.. he couldn’t get in the lobby to get a key or check us in. Took forever finally got into lobby then first room floor was full of water. 2nd room was fine. no wifi code nothing .. less thank professional!!!
