Mixed. Lovely, accommodating people. Run down and dated hotel in many easy-to-fix ways. Like the balcony chairs about to collapse. Gives “cheap owner/management” vibes. Spa time is ridiculously overpriced.

Wonderful staff that made us feel so welcome. They went beyond to service us and make our stay wonderful. The pasta dishes in the restaurant were wonderful! Excellent private spa experience after a day of touring the city. Grazie mille!!

They charge a lot just to use the gym sauna health club. That’s not made clear in the listing. The room is small.
