Irene at the front desk was very pleasant and set the tone for our stay with a very hospitable welcome. Jordan at the coffee shop has a great personality and makes a refined Carmel Macchiato. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Gotta love the Westin.

Don’t use their parking options there is an open lot across the street that is 5 dollars a day cheaper

Found bedbugs on top on the mattress in the morning before checkout. Talked briefly to a manager and shower her pictures of the animals and she proceeded to ask for my information so she could sign me up to the Members group. Disgusting!!!
