We were unable to get into our room at 2am and the women at front desk ended up making over 5 new keys and none worked, the police had to be called to ram it down after 2 hours. It was front desk lady’s first night and she needed more training. Also were charged for wet bar we did not drink in fact it was broken bottle on the floor. Not cool a
