Fabulous service. All employees were really amazing! One issue was that the coffee maker in our room wasn’t working and it ended up being an electrical issue in the room. Also breakfast is actually $30 per person (continental breakfast only- didn’t appear to be any hot food).

I was upgraded from the Junior Suite. Bed was huge and comfy. Kitchenette setup was great. I could reheat my leftovers. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. In addition, closeness to W. 57th Street stores, restaurants, banks, etc. was ultra convenient. I’ll definitely return.

Called ahead to make sure there was an iron. It was broken. Called the front desk 3 times before someone brought one, which took 45min. Was late for my dinner. Also the room was dated and bathroom bad
