Comfy bed, great restaurant and Lobby bar! Upgrade to high-floor king view room was just $40. late checkout was $75, which felt excessive for 2 hours.

Arrived at 5pm, was told my room was still not ready. Finally received keys at 6:20pm. The bellhop and valet managers we wonderful, but person at the front desk was cold and not personable at all.
