My favorite hotel! Great service and the food is delicious

The room was amazing. I think we did get an upgrade. Location is also incredible. Really close to Time Square and the subway station. Only issue is that being that close you'll also hear a lot of noise during the night. It's muffled but still there. For one night it was perfect though.

Check in was very slow and they placed us in a poorly situated room that was handicap accessible but never asked us.
