A lovely hotel with warm hospitality and comfortable spaces throughout. In the heart of Greenport and ideal for walking about town. Room was comfortable and we loved the tiled bathroom!

My new favorite hotel. Mia is the best host. And Mia Jr. is the absolute sweetest. I'm absolutely coming back. I wish I could live here forever.

Great location and great service. Unfortunately the queen bed room was very small. The bedding & bathroom were clean, but everything else had a layer of dust and the couches in the common areas were dirty. Just snacks for breakfast.
