sweet staff and nice, very comfortable rooms. great location if you want to be right next to Times Square. the neighborhood can get a little sketchy at night though

It was very quiet in my room on the 14th floor. The bed was comfortable.

They do not return the security deposit. They say its a credit to use at their restaurant. Shady.
