The Betsy exceeded my expectations. From the minute we checked in . The staff is old school and you feel like you have been transported back in time . My favorite hotel I hav ever travel too .

Amazing service, Paul the concierge provided fantastic recommendations and in general all the staff were really exemplary. Great bar, perfect location and restaurant was quite tasty.

Pool was “closed for cleaning”. Staff was very nice but we only had 24 hours in Miami and our whole plan for the day hinged on spending the afternoon and dinner relaxing on a rooftop pool and eating dinner there etc.
