I just loved the Benjamin. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the doorman to the checkin. The room was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great and the marble bathroom had a great shower and wand. The location was great. I will absolutely come back.

Hotel overbooked and then sent us to a budget hotel a ways away without covering transport, in the middle of the night. Initially they said we have to wait 3 hours until 1am to see if a room is available!? Seems to be a racket
