After a long drive, we were elated to have been greeted by Jessie at the reception desk and then tended at the bar by Rafael. We felt welcomed. Such a nice feeling. Our room was ample and clean. Unfortunately, our shower leaked all night and could not be turned on the following morning. Such a disappointment.

We were told the shuttle was coming to get us at the airport, we waited for an hour and weren't picked up. Had to pay $45 for an Uber. Front desk couldn't find our reservation. Hotel was dark, dingy, and not well furnished.
