Bed was super comfortable and the room was incredibly nice. Check in desk worker seemed excited to greet us even though we arrived incredibly late into the evening. It was a lovely hotel and hope to stay there again!

Hotel had no water. Didn’t tell me at check in, so I tried to get ready for work and couldn’t wash up, flush the toilet, or wash my hands. Really frustrating. No apology for the situation or even for not telling me.
