This is the second time I was double charged by the hotel when I already paid thru hotel tonight. Room is great but it’s a bit of a hassle to remedy the double-charge.

The hotel is under construction which would be nice to know. We were placed in an old room with paper thin walls. The front desk was wonderful though. That said, we had a mystery $4 charge after we left…
