Location is great. The rooms lack a lot of stuff. No couch, no chair to sit. Check-in process is complicated. Breakfast was super crowded, I couldn’t invite my friend to join me for breakfast, only registered guests can have breakfast even paying the fee.

Hotel was very nice. Long line at check in. Very think blankets on the bed. Great location. Quiet room.

room was incredibly small. European style. water did not get hot in shower. elevators took over 20 mins. no ice anywhere other than at small cafe in lobby. worst hotel I have ever stayed in NYC.
