lobby was beautiful but room was very dirty and staff was not friendly, but it was okay, not the worst hotel 3/5 stars

Some staff members were kind and considerate, while others were unempathetic, rude, and heartless. During an emergency when I needed to stay because of vehicle issues, one engineer in particular tried to make my situation more difficult. He attempted to add an extra $200 in charges to my card, which were eventually refunded.
