The best staff and amazing service! Of all the hotels in Newport, this is such a gem. I will stay again and again. The GM, Ms. Lisa & the guys at the front desk, the housekeepers - all went above and beyond to help us! Thank you Wayfinder crew- I appreciate each and every one of you!

Check in was great, really lovely human at the desk. Room was meh, could use a little more intention and styling. Restaurant closing at 11am on a Saturday is disappointing. Especially since the hotel is on opposite end of town from alternatives. For $300 a night, the experience fell short.
