There wasn’t hot water in my room. They told me I might need to run the hot water for 10-15 minutes, and then it still might not heat up. I did, and it didn’t work. They then charged me a $30 late fee even though they knew I was up there simply waiting and hoping to take a normal shower. it didn’t. This is clearly not ok.
