I absolutely love this hotel. I upgraded And got the spa room it was incredible. The service from the receptionist was nothing short of professionalism and exquisite service. The highlight was the complementary Champagne between 5pm-6pm. One of my top choices of hotel in philly .

The hotel room was nice and the bed was comfy. The hotel is modern and appealing. The staff at check in was not polite. I arrived late after an evening gala. The guy at the desk was quite rude. I won’t return because of his service.
