great hotel and location for the price. patio is fabulous. bar service ok, promised $15 credit (at check in) never applied despite a follow up email. otherwise recommended.

Probably the worst hotel stay to-date. No natural light in the room (which smelled of cigarettes), horrendous wifi connection and bad customer service. I called the front desk a couple of times and they were less than helpful. The first time I stayed there, it was a wonderful stay. Not sure what went wrong, but I'll never return...
