Staff were generally very nice. Location is great. However , hotel needs some upgrading especially at this price level (moderately priced ). There was mold stains on the floor and tile grout. Not sure if of course I got a lower grade room because I booked through Hotel Tonight or if all rooms are the same.

The staff here is wonderful and we enjoyed the hotel (and its amazing location) for our stay in Rome. Will definitely return!
