are used to love this hotel, it was the only hotel I stayed at when I went to Portland. Sadly, found the service and reception to my concerns about key cards, not working numerous times lacking. Food is amazing in the Driftwood room, but will be staying at another hotel in Portland in the future.

No help with baggage. No kettle, coffee, or tea in room. Night staff was great. No housekeeping, but the carts stayed next to my room’s door all day. Food and drinks were good at Gracie’s and the driftwood. Construction on the next block started at 7am. No sleeping in. Great beds, wonderful shower.
