The room was simple but most importantly — clean! My one issue is that I was there for four nights and they couldn’t find a blow dryer for me the entire time. It’s November in NY — it’s not like I could walk out with a wet head. Super frustrating. Also, they don’t service the room every day.

No hot water. No notice. No break on fee. Room was otherwise fine and service nice. Price would’ve been good if there had been HOT WATER.
