The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate, clean and comfortable with gorgeous tile work in the bathroom. Very centrally located to most of the major sites in Florence, a great place to relax after a fun day of walking around the city. I would absolutely stay here anytime

Loved this hotel. Staff was amazing. Amenities and room were beautiful. - clean, modern. The restaurant was incredible and you can’t beat the location.

The receptionists messed up and charged us double. We insisted we had already payed put she wouldn’t listen or help so she charged us again. I would suggest better training and more organization, other than that, it’s a great hotel.
