The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very attentive. They allowed me to change rooms to one that suited our needs better. the night doorman Edward , was especially friendly and helpful. a gem of a hotel.

Requested a mini fridge 3 times. Never arrived. Forced To throw away $130 worth of food. Also very slow service to help with bags. Seems understaffed for that. Front desk attendants were great as is live jazz in hotel restaurant. Also breakfast is only pastries and drinks. Nothing healthy at all.
