I know checkout times are important for workload and staffing, but I was on an emergency medical family phone call and would’ve really appreciated at least a half hour extra time. Most establishments are willing to give you at least 30 minutes late checkout. I felt like I was hassled & harassed to get out even before 11 AM.

The front desk team was incredible! I arrived super late not expecting anyone to be up front at that late hour...not only was someone there, plus someone they were training, but they were super professional and above and beyond friendly given what time it was.
