Hotel needs an upgrade, for sure. Pancake machine broken for my entire stay. Breakfast was not desirable. Service was great! Ebony and staff was wonderful!

The room smelled like wet dog. When I complained to the front desk the manager gave me a spray of Febreze. And then said “ bring it right back down because we need it”. There was only a drop left. The bathroom was dirty. Morning I called down to ask about a late check out and agin she was rude and said no we have to many late check outs.
