Late Arrival Policy: Our front desk check in hours is from 4pm-11pm. Guests arriving between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM will incur a late check-in fee of $30 USD plus tax. Please note that we cannot process any check-ins after 2:00 AM due to nightly system audits. If you expect to arrive after 11:00 PM, please contact the property in advance to make arrangements.

The hold will be released after check-out, provided no incidental charges are incurred or services/items are not purchased.
Release times vary by bank; it may take 7-10 business days for debit card funds to become available again.
