Nous sommes une famille de quatre personnes, mais ils n'ont pas pu nous loger dans une chambre à deux lits. Au comptoir, ils nous ont promis d'apporter un lit d'appoint, mais il n'est jamais arrivé. Quand nous en avons demandé, ils ont répondu : « Ah oui, nous n'en avons pas. » J'aurais choisi un autre hôtel si c'était plus transparent.
