From the time we walked into the hotel we were greeted with outstanding customer service! Unbelievable!!! The location of the Eden Hotel is fantastic as well, whether you’re looking for food or things to do, you cannot go wrong staying here.

We got two twin beds and I went to reception and asked for a matrimonial bed. They gave it to us for nights 2-4 and it was a much better room than the original. The hotel overall was nice with a pool table, lounge, bar, and pizza oven and also was in a good location in the city center.

was forced to use self check in even though there was like 5 people working, then they entered our room to clean it despite us having left do not disturb signs on the door, was not impressed
