everything was excellent, super happy - my one criticism is that it has a similar problem to many London hotels: the restaurant staff could have a little better training/standards around customer service - nothing bad, just somewhat "common sense" oversights

Lovely hotel in a quiet, clean and safe area of London with good connections to the city centre. Service was excellent too - I’d only booked a standard room but enquired if it was possible to have a waterfront view which they did without hassle or charge and it included a comfy king-size bed.

Staff was so rude also racial discrimination the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. We paid extra for breakfast and the breakfast was disappointing and poor. I want a refund
