The parking was a joke. There aren't any tickets anymore, only QR codes. Do they not understand that not everyone is 22? My 75 year old in-laws don't understand what that stupid BS is. Aren't you making enough money to use tickets? Getting comped as a hotel guest was a pain as well do to the process not being clear.

The bell boy was rude and the blonde guy that checked me in tried to “force” an upgrade and when he couldn’t because I couldn’t afford it he got very dismissive. I was literally in the middle of a crisis and very tired and panicking outside of those two the rest of the staff was very helpful and kind and I’d happily stay there again

Hidden fees doubled what I had to pay. And for that money I could have stayed someplace a lot nicer elsewhere.
