Food unexpectedly good. Limited pool service but kind people overall. Outside is crumbling a bit but rooms are still nice. Warm pool, that was the main draw for us!

Hotel is very old and rooms are small. They need to renovate this place. Service wasn’t great either. I felt like the staff wasn’t helpful. They didn’t act like this was a luxe property. Fairmont is usually a good brand and I’ve enjoyed many other properties in that company. This place is mediocre and certainly not worth the price.
