Rooms were good size. Coffee/water station a good touch on each floor. Bigger hotel than you would think. We were by some exit door so kind of loud during the night. AC was loud too during night. Not a big complainer but sleep was interrupted by door and AC

customer service below par. Our room was rebooked due to being oversold, and we ended up staying at a sister property. Hardly received an apology and if this was oversold why was the room still on the app? poor feedback on all parties. Only thing I received was a 50 dollar coupon that expires in 90 days.
